Common questions

How long can I stay?

Most places take 1 to 12 months. Each place page shows the stays it takes. If you need longer than 12 months, ask when we call.

What's included in the weekly price?

Places are furnished, and a place says so if it's only partly furnished. Bills included shows when bills are in the price. If a place doesn't say, ask the owner.

How do I enquire about a place?

Open a place and send the short form: your name, mobile number, length of stay, move-in date and number of people. We call you about your dates, then give you the owner's number. Phone numbers are never shown on the site.

Do I pay anything to this site?

No. This site never holds money, and any payment is between you and the owner. Never pay a deposit to hold a place, and never before you've seen it in person or on a live video call.
